In real estate and development (and marketing, in general) images are often the first interaction someone has with your work. Whether it’s a potential resident, a financing partner, a city official, or the media — perception is formed visually before a single word is read. That’s why I serve as the company’s reluctant de facto photographer, ensuring what we present reflects who we are.
I regularly capture:
- Event photography — documenting ribbon cuttings, announcements, and internal milestones in ways that support media coverage and long-term storytelling
- Professional headshots — helping leadership and staff present themselves with consistency and credibility across proposals, websites, and press materials
- Community photography — showcasing properties, amenities, and resident spaces with clarity and warmth for marketing, leasing, and awards submissions
Good photography isn’t about aesthetics alone — it builds trust, supports sales, strengthens brand identity, and creates reusable assets that serve the organization for years. By keeping this capability in-house, we maintain consistency, speed, and control over how our story is told.
Headshots
When you need a headshot, you need a headshot immediately and rarely have time to wait for a photographer. I’m the next best thing.

Event/Location Photography
The best photographer is the one who’s there. These are some moments I’ve captured.

Fun & Experimental
I’m a sucker for taking ridiculous, weird, or conceptual photos. From setting up the composition, to playing with camera settings, to multi-shot post-processing, taking silly shots is a hobby of mine.
