Training & Education Leadership

Designing and delivering learning experiences that strengthen teams and organizations

Throughout my time at Woda Cooper Companies—and in varying capacities across prior roles and freelance work—training and education have consistently been part of my responsibility. Whether formal or informal, I’ve served as the person tasked with ensuring teams understand not just what to do, but why it matters and how to do it well.

My work has spanned the full lifecycle of learning and development: researching curriculum needs, conducting sessions, producing training media, administering platforms, and supporting individuals who needed additional guidance.

Me, leading a discussion about marketing & Fair Housing.

What I’ve Built & Led

I’ve designed and delivered training through multiple formats and systems, including:

  • Live workshops and seminars
  • Panel discussions and moderated sessions
  • Interactive online learning modules
  • Edited and produced training videos
  • Structured coaching and one-on-one support

I’ve administered and configured several learning management systems, including:

  • Ultipro
  • Aspire
  • Custom WordPress-based LMS environments

This includes custom-made integrations with other systems, including HR management software and Yardi. Alongside this, I’ve developed workflows to ensure training is:

  • Accessible
  • Consistent
  • Measurable
  • And aligned with operational realities

This often included supporting struggling employees directly—coaching, clarifying expectations, and helping translate policy into practice.

Why This Work Matters

Training isn’t just knowledge transfer—it’s culture building. It’s risk management. It’s building. It ensures consistency, reduces risk, improves service, and empowers people to perform with confidence.

By bridging technical content, regulatory requirements, and human-centered communication, I’ve helped create learning environments where employees aren’t just informed—they’re equipped.

And in industries where regulations evolve, teams grow, and stakes are high, that preparation makes a lasting difference.
